Amazing and Hassle Free

I have a Chevy Silverado 1500. I have always gone to Hubbards for my oil changes since I bought the truck. On 3/18/25 I took my truck in for an oil change and an hour later they called and told me my starter was bad and that I needed a new one. My truck has always ran good and I’ve never had any issues with it starting or anything else. I just find it convenient or hard to believe that while the truck was at their facility getting an oil change that for no apparent reason my starter stopped working. What should’ve been $130 oil change turned into an additional $573. I doubt that I’ll ever take my truck back there then.

Mr. Ron Byrd, our sales consultant, is: (1) A great listener. He quickly homed in on what I wanted, did not try to upsell me, and found such a vehicle at another dealership; (2) High integrity. He efficiently described the sales and procurement process, including what he can/can't do; (3) Very knowledgeable re: the 2025 Silverado features and equipment, and comparisons with other trucks. He found answers to the queries he didn't immediately know; (4) An effective emissary for Hubbard, answering my questions about the dealership, its history, family involvement, and stability. // In addition, Mr. Matt Hubbard made time to meet and visit at my request.

Paid $700 to have stuff fixed, picked up the truck when I was informed it was ready. I drove it for the equivalent of a block to Walmart down the street and died and wouldn't stay running. I don't think who ever did the repairs ever put the truck under any stress afte doing the work, so I got to the lucky winner.

I sincerely appreciate all you did and the effort you put into fixing our Suburban. Kim was very nice and helpful when I called in. Going forward I would encourage you to contact the customer when you pull the vehicle in the shop. Even if you haven’t looked at the vehicle it peace of mind knowing it’s in the shop getting checked out. A simple “hey just calling to let you know your vehicle is in the shop and our techs are currently looking at it to find the issues. We will keep you updated as soon as we find something.” Is all you need to do. Communication is essential no matter what the situation is. I had to call the dealership to find out what was going on after not hearing from you for Atleast 3 days. I’m not at all mad but would like to see you improve this going forward. THANK YOU for finding the issue and fixing it as well as getting most of it covered under Warranty. We will be back.

We just picked up our new GMC Denali and he walked us through some of the instruments and controls as they were different from our other GMC. He was very knowledgeable and told us to come back once we have driven the car for about a week with any more questions on operating the car. The only reason I did not give you five stars, and this does not really pertain to your dealership, it’s because I could not get a paper copy of the owners manual. I thought that since GM would not provide one that you would provide one to me. other than that, it was great to do business with you.

The dealership diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Part is backordered but not dealership's fault.

Repair was made to right rear tire using insurance policy purchased at the time of purchase. No issues. Friendly greeting from service staff department. Waiting area was clean and the popcorn was good. Always enjoy visiting with Jonathan Timm, and he checked on me periodically to see if I needed anything. It took about 2 hours, but they were busy and they worked me into their schedule. A good experience. Highly recommend the Hubbard dealership.

Oil change experience was good, other than leaving my freshly detailed cab oily. Tech must have had oil on his gloves and got it all over my speedo glass and the steering wheel.

I was treated with courtesy and in a speedy manner.

The experience was somewhat unprofessional. I went in for an alignment, a recall, and to check if anything else was wrong with the car after the accident. They were confused as to how to deal with my insurance service claim when I used a separate body shop from them. The ladies seemed nice save the billing department, very dour was she. We asked them to fix the passive entry lock on the insurance claim and they told us to take it back to the body shop. I haven’t had much of an opportunity to check out how it drives, for it is at the body shop. I trust the recall has been successfully fixed. Having worked in customer service my entire life, I feel this establishment is quite lacking in that department. It may just be the village in which this store is located. First, purchasing my new car was a straightforward and excellent experience at Hubbard, following inquiries from Indianapolis area dealerships. Ron Byrd was friendly yet businesslike and the transaction went smoothly. My first service was also excellent, fast and efficient. They even saved the automatic doors from coming down on my car as I waited in line, not realizing the doors were on a timer. (I suggest posting a sign)
